Unit Director

The Unit Director is responsible for the overall supervision of clubhouse operations and for approximately 200 youth ages six to eighteen through after-school and summer programs. Duties also include reporting to funders and board members, maintaining contract compliance, implementing clubhouse operation goals, managing administrative recordkeeping, preparing budgets, and handling relations with board members and the community.

Program Director
The Program Director is responsible for overseeing the delivery of a broad range of programs within a designated clubhouse, such as education, social recreation, arts and crafts and physical education. The Program Director plans, develops, oversees implementation of and supervises programs as well as supervises program staff.

Youth Development Director
The Youth Development Director is responsible for the implementation of programs that empower youth ages six to eighteen with transferable life skills (e.g. communication, conflict management, decision-making), and leadership development. Duties include planning special informational programs, making proper referrals, providing individual/group counseling as needed/requested and acting as a liaison between schools, parents, members and the club.

Physical Education Director
The Physical Education Director is responsible for the development and implementation of Health and Physical Education programs (includes intramural tournaments, physical fitness, health education and referrals) of the designated clubhouse.

Computer Instructor
The Computer Instructor is responsible for providing instruction and educational activities to club members at the designated clubhouse.

Social Recreation Assistant
The Social Recreation Assistant is responsible for developing and implementing quality programs (e.g. including tournaments, group games, etc.). The Social Recreation Assistant also helps with analyzing problems impacting the lives of members and developing potential solutions.
