NEW YORK, NY (May 1, 2019) - Madison Square Boys & Girls Club celebrated its annual spring luncheon, Style of Life, on April 30th at The Metropolitan Club. This year's program included an exciting conversation with special guest speaker Sam Kass, former White House Chef and Senior Policy Advisor for Nutrition under the Obama Administration. Jenny B. Fine, Executive Beauty Editor from Women’s Wear Daily and Editor-In-Chief of Beauty Inc, served as the Mistress of Ceremonies. The moderated conversation between Jenny B. Fine and Sam Kass was instrumental in educating the audience on living a healthy life and shined a light on Madison’s commitment to helping its members do the same. Raising more than $200,000 for Madison Square Boys & Girls Club, support from this event provides life-changing programs to young people in New York’s most under-resourced communities.

Style of Life welcomed more than 200 guests at New York City’s iconic Metropolitan Club. In addition to the guest speaker and MC, some key guests included executives from Hearst, PMC, SoulCycle, Tiffany & Co. and many others. The event featured both a silent auction and a raffle that highlighted lifestyle cornerstones like health & wellness, travel, fashion, food & cooking and fitness. Each raffle and silent auction package featured items from top organizations and designers to raise funds for Madison’s many programs. Past events have honored Helena Christensen, Ala von Auersperg, Ty Hunter, Dee Ocleppo Hilfiger, Amber Sabathia, Tim Gunn, Nicole Miller, Milly, Badgley Mischka, Vera Wang, and more.

Madison Square Boys & Girls Club’s Style of Life Luncheon will continue to be featured on Madison’s social media channels.
