Madison Hosts Community Health and Wellness Fairs During AprilThroughout the month of April, Madison Square Boys & Girls Club will host Community Health & Wellness Fairs at each of its seven clubhouses. Community members can attend and participate in a variety of activities, from medical screenings, to dental checkups, to classes on physical fitness. Information about free and low-cost health care will also be available, and attendees will be connected with important community health and nutrition resources. The events are free and open to the public.
