Planned Giving

Many people choose to express their commitment to our work by remembering Madison Square Boys & Girls Club in their estate plans.  Planned gifts, including bequests, create and extraordinary opportunity to provide the much needed resources that will enable us to help save and enhance the lives of kids.

Sample Language

If you wish to designate your gift to Madison, consider using this sample language:

“I wish to remember Madison Square Boys & Girls Club in New York City, a qualifying not-for-profit IRS Code 501(c)3 organization with a gift in the amount of $_______, or a designated % of my charitable estate, for its general uses and purposes.

Including Madison Square Boys & Girls Club in Your Will or Living Trust

If you wish to include Madison in your will or living trust, we recommend as a first step that you contact your attorney to create (or amend) your personal estate and charitable gift plans.

Options to discuss with your attorney include naming Madison Square Boys & Girls Club as a beneficiary of a percentage of your estate, of a set dollar amount, or of a particular asset. If applicable, your estate is entitled to an estate tax deduction for the full value of your bequest to Madison Square Boys & Girls Club.
