adison's youth development programs foster responsibility and contribution through civic participation and community services. Participants develop leadership skills through projects that require decision-making, planning, community service and celebrating our uniquely pluralistic culture. Youth development initiatives include:

The Keystone Clubs (Ages: 14-18) are chartered, small-group, leadership clubs that choose their own activities and plan and implement community service projects. Keystoners have recently participated in such activities as Habitat for Humanity, the AIDS Walk, the Breast Cancer Walk, a park beautification project and mentoring younger children.

The Torch Clubs (Ages: 11-13) extend the Keystone Clubs' curriculum to age-appropriate community service projects for younger children.

The Youth of the Year Program (Ages: 16-18) recognizes individual academic excellence, community involvement and personal contribution to the clubhouse. Madison's winners have frequently reached the regional finals of the Boys & Girls Clubs of America’s national competition.
