Sports and Fitness
Learning an appreciation for teamwork and creating habits that will lead to a healthy lifestyle are crucial for productive, healthy adulthood.
All members (ages 6-18) participate in instructional, competitive and leisure-time games, tournaments, and activities designed to develop individual strengths and to make physical fitness a regular practice. Members are instructed daily in sports and exercises, including Basketball, Swimming, Double-Dutch, as well as numerous other sports and fitness activities!
