Character and
Leadership Development

Leadership skills and civic engagement are vital for the success of young people and the continued success of our country.

Through participation in the Torch Club, members (ages 10-12) learn, understand and demonstrate good character, make positive decisions and serve their community.

For members of the Keystone Club (ages 13-18), the organization of service projects for the clubhouse and community engage members in a process that develops leadership skills and generates opportunities to increase civic engagement.

Youth of the Year (ages 14-18) recognizes exceptional young leaders who have demonstrated excellence in the clubhouse, their community, their academic pursuits and their personal lives.
